I have forgotten my user name.

Select the Forgot Credentials button on the Login screen. You will be asked to enter the email address you have on file with the Law Society. Select the Forgot User Name button. You will be asked to answer a verification question. Upon successfully responding to the question you will receive an email with your user name.

I have forgotten my password.

Select the Forgot Credentials button on the Login screen. You will be asked to enter the email address you have on file with the Law Society. Select the Forgot Password button. You will be asked to answer a verification question. Upon successfully responding to the question you will receive an email with your new, temporary password. You must login and change the temporary password within 24 hours or your account will be disabled for security reasons.

I have forgotten both my user name and password.

Select the Forgot Credentials button on the Login screen. You will be asked to enter the email address you have on file with the Law Society. Select the Forgot Password button. You will be asked to answer a verification question. You must then select the Forgot User Name button and repeat the process.

I have forgotten my answers to the verification questions.
